i installed itunes 10.5 64bit on ma windows 7, the application opens normally but when i try to add any file or folder to the library, it experiences a problem and closes the app. do i need a specific apple id account to run the app.?

Appletv connecting ipad2 iso6.01 problem

I just got the new Apple TV my iPhone connects fine but my ipad2 with iso6.01 connects for a few seconds then disconnects or has a flash of my mirror then a long delay. What am I doing wrong
